The Edlund E-1601C digital scale is a multi-purpose machine that offers a smart, easy and affordable way to portion anything from tacos to ice cream cones to extra large subs. This scale boasts a 160 ounce/4,536 gram capacity and features an ounce or gram mode selector switch. The casing is constructed of rugged high impact resistant plastic and the 5 7/8” x 6 ¾” platform is stainless steel and removable for easy clean up. This digital scale can be powered by an AC adaptor (included) or a 9V battery (not included) and features an automatic shut off feature when a battery is in use. Other standard features include a large LCD read out screen for consistently accurate readings, automatic zero and tare buttons for high volume portioning and a top loading stainless steel ice cream platform for easily portioning cones.
