Manufactured from 18 gauge 1 mm aluminum, perforated disks can produce a more evenly baked crust by allowing air to circulate beneath the crust. The edges of the disks and the edges of the holes are unfinished and may be sharp. Holes are 3/8" (9 mm) diameter.
