• Full length half gallon grease collector drawer with hole to indicate when full is easily removable for cleaning
• Grease collector drawer may be filled with water to facilitate cleaning
• Full width, removable grease gutter on front
• No tools are needed to remove grates, radiant covers, stainless steel burner, splashback, or grease gutter
• Removable splashback can be easily disassembled for easy cleaning
