This 60 inch wide range features two 35,000 BTU standard ovens with snap action thermostats adjustable for 175°F – 550°F and comes standard with one removable rack per oven that can be positioned on two different rack glides for optimal versatility. The open top has ten 28,000 BTU natural gas (24,000 BTU propane gas) patented non-clog burners that come with a lifetime warranty and removable cast iron top grates and a removable crumb drawer below the burners to make cleaning extremely easy. The front and sides are constructed of durable stainless steel that can handle the wear and tear of a commercial kitchen and all oven cavity parts are enameled. Other standard features include 6 inch adjustable legs, quadrant spring doors with heat resistant handles and a flame failure safety device.
