The 8 pound x ¼ ounce Edlund BDSS-8 Baker’s Dough Scale is easy peasy to use and very accurate. Each 9 inch plate is constructed of stainless steel to prevent chipping and promote a more sanitary kitchen and the body is coated with FDA approved baked epoxy finish.
