The 3.5 quart stainless steel cutter bowl with see-thru lid and stainless steel “S” blade is designed for vertical cutting and mixing functions while the vegetable prep attachment can handle 21 different processing discs (2mm grating disc and 4mm slicing disc included) designed for quality slicing, shredding, grating, and julienne cuts. The cutter bowl design features an ergonomic handle for easier handling, a higher hub resulting in 10% increased liquid capacity and a new safety system which improves the life span of the lid and safety rod. Other standard features include push button on/off and pulse switches and a new integrated ventilation system position for better sanitation.
