Twine is a light string or strong thread composed of two or smaller strands or yarns twisted together. More generally, the term can be applied to any thin cord. Natural fibers used for making twine include cotton, sisal, jute, hemp, henequen, and coir. A variety of synthetic fibers may also be used. Twine is a great accessory to have in a foodservice establishment, it can be used to tie take-out orders together or tie different meats together.
Any restaurateur knows that hiring the wrong employee can be very costly for business.
