The Marathon Gold Southbend EH/20CCH convection oven is perfectly designed to add oven space to your commercial kitchen. This half-size double deck oven is only 30 inches wide but can fit up to 22 half-size sheet pans! Oven heating is regulated by a 150°F – 500°F temperature controller with a 140°F – 200°F “hold” thermostat and heating elements in the back of the oven function as a single unit with a combined rating of 7.5 kilowatts per deck. Standard features include a patented “plug-in, plug-out” control panel for easy servicing, two doors with windows so you can easily check on your recipes, 6 inch stainless steel legs and 10 wire racks. This space saver half-size convection oven is a durable and practical option if you have a confined area for baking.
