This fully automatic whirlwind is completely constructed of stainless steel and features a large access door for better accessibility to components and cleaning purposes. The power on switch automatically fills the tank to the proper level and the wash and booster tank are heated at the same time earning efficiency in the standby mode. Separate starter switches ensure wash and rinse are energized only when a rack is in place which reduces water and chemical consumption. This water and energy saver design only uses 119 gallons of water per hour and the insulated door reduces noise and heat dissipation while the unit is running. Other standard features include 4 inch high adjustable legs, a built-in 36 kilowatt electric booster heater, a 20” x 20” peg and flat rack and stainless steel non-clogging wash and rinse arms.
