Booster heaters assure that final rinse temperatures are between ranges of 180-195 degrees Fahrenheit – this assures dish sanitization. If a booster heater is not included with your high-temperature dish machine, you will need to purchase one separately. Booster heaters are required on all high-temperature dish washing machines. Booster heaters are much like miniature water heaters however the temperature cannot be manually adjusted. Booster heaters are delivered with a factory preset temperature setting.
