The dependent doors have windows so you can watch your delicious recipes bake and the door handle has cool touch technology so you will not burn your precious fingers. This gas convection oven produces 90,000 BTU and heating is regulated by a 150°F – 500°F temperature controller with a 140°F – 200°F “hold” thermostat and digital time and temperature display. Other standard features include 5 wire racks with 11 different rack positions per oven that accommodate one full-size sheet pan or two half-size pans, patented non-clog Jet Stream burners and a “plug-in, plug-out” control panel that is easy to service.
