This gas convection oven produces 90,000 BTU and heating is regulated by a 150°F – 500°F temperature controller with a 140°F – 200°F “hold” thermostat and digital time and temperature display. Other standard features include 5 wire racks with 11 different rack positions per oven that accommodate one full-size sheet pan or two half-size pans, patented non-clog Jet Stream burners and a “plug-in, plug-out” control panel that is easy to service.
