The open top has four 28,000 BTU natural gas (24,000 BTU propane gas) patented non-clog burners that come with a lifetime warranty and to make cleaning this range easy, Southbend included removable cast iron top grates and a removable crumb drawer below the burners. The front and sides are constructed of durable stainless steel that can handle the everyday wear and tear of a commercial kitchen and all oven cavity parts are enameled.
