The 48 inch wide 3-in-1 Southbend S48EE-2G restaurant range is a spectacular piece of equipment if you ask me! This S-Series model features four 28,000 BTU natural gas (24,000 BTU propane gas) patented non-clog burners with lifetime warranty, a smooth, polished 34” wide X ½” thick steel griddle plate with raised sides and two 35,000 BTU space-saver ovens with snap action thermostats adjustable for 175°F – 550°F. The front and sides are constructed of stainless steel and all oven cavity parts are enameled. To make your cleaning process easy, Southbend added a removable crumb drawer under the burners as well as removable cast iron grate tops. Other standard features include 6 inch adjustable legs, one removable oven rack with 2-position rack glides per oven, a flame failure safety device and quadrant spring doors with ergonomic, heat resistant handles.
