This bakery depth double deck unit features patented, high efficiency, non clog jet stream burners and a 72,000 BTU (natural or propane gas) output per oven regulated by a cook and hold temperature controller with a 140°F – 200°F “Hold” thermostat. The exterior is made from durable stainless steel and a coved, fastener-free, porcelain enamel finish coats the oven interior. Dependent doors with windows and an interior light make it easy to check on your delicious recipes and 5 wire racks with 11 different positions per deck add versatility to this oven. The Soft Air, two speed, ½ horsepower fan motor circulates air within the cavity for even heat distribution and the patented plug-in, plug-out control panel makes this convection oven extremely easy to service.
