The oven heating is regulated by a 150°F – 500°F temperature controller with a 140°F – 200°F “hold” thermostat and a digital display that shows time and temperature. The ½ horsepower, 2 speed blower motor circulates air within the cavity “scrubbing” heat to the oven interior for even heat distribution. Dependent doors with a cool touch door handle and windows are standard and 5 oven racks with 11 position rack glides add versatility to this oven. Other standard features include a patented plug-in, plug-out control panel making it easy to service, a coved fastener-free porcelain interior and 26 inch stainless steel triangular legs.
