A skewer is a thin metal or wood stick used to hold pieces of food together. They are used while grilling or roasting meats and most commonly used for kabobs. All of our metal food skewers are made of stainless steel with one pointed tip for piercing meat or produce and a grip on the other end for easy handling. The wood skewers are often made from bamboo and need to be soaked in water before use to prevent burning.
