Pre-Rinse Hose
You might notice that your pre-rinse hose has a leak (or two). Lucky for you, these issues are typically easy to diagnose, and even easier to fix. If you notice a leak coming from the stainless steel hose, then go ahead and replace the entire hose. The leak may also be coming from the handle (either the top or bottom), which would require a washer replacement (in either or both spots) to tighten the seal. Replacing either a wall mount or deck mount faucet is an easier job than you think. First, make sure the water is shut off before tackling any plumbing task! In many cases, all you'll need is a basin wrench or a crescent wrench to help you loosen the nuts on the hot and cold water lines.
