Comments about FOH Servewise™ 2 oz Ramekin:

Our FOH staff and our guests love the convenience and appearance of items presented in this ramekin. We serve mini-apps and small desserts in it, and I've seen guests so taken with the ramekin that they pocket their empty ramekins and take them home!

Could these sit in a water bath for use in pots de creme?

Thanks for bringing your question to Tundra Restaurant Supply Mickey.

We would not recommend using these Front of the House ASC018NAW28 Servewise™ 2 oz Ramekins in a water bath or keeping them exposed to a liquid for longer than 1/2 hour. After about 1/2 hour the material begins to deteriorate and liquids start to break down the structural integrity of the ramekin.
