A booster heater is designed to raise the temperature of your incoming water to the required 180° F required for sanitation purposes. Booster heaters also ensure that food residue is removed from dishes and also provide fast drying. Featured in a variety of models, including a compact style to fit comfortable next to a dishwasher, Hatco booster heaters include stainless steel front panels, fiberglass insulation to minimize heat loss (saving you on energy costs). Hatco heaters also feature low-water cut-off that prevents the heating element from running out. Booster heaters are not required for low temperature dishwashers (so long as the proper sanitation chemicals are being used to properly clean dishes).
Sanitizing sink heaters help you maintain a continuous supply of sanitizing rinse water without taking up valuable space. Equipped with a stainless steel front and an EnergyCut-Off (ECO), you can rest assured that your sink heater will not raise to a higher-than-normal water temperature. Hatco electric sink heaters meet the NSF Standard of 180°F for sanitization.
The Hatco food rethermalizer is used to hold food at food-safe serving temperatures between 140°F and 190°F.
