          Does this have alarm settings for BOTH high temp and low temp?

          I make yogurt and I need to be able to set and know when it reaches my high temperature and when it cools enough to reach a low temperature

            I just called Comark, they said it will work for you needs. You can program it to alert you for the high and low temps.
