PyroCentric™ Burner System

Imperial's PyroCentric™ dual-flame burner distributes heat evenly, no matter the pan size. Whether used to saute at 32,000 BTUs or brought down to 7,000 BTUs for a gentle simmer, chefs love the versatility and control of the PyroCentric™ burner. With the absence of hot spots, you can count on consistent results each and every time. PyroCentric™ burners come standard with every Imperial range, however you can easily switch them out with optional, interchangeable Wok Jet and saute burner heads.

Convection Oven Option

Equip your Imperial range with an optional convection oven, which circulates hot air throughout the oven cavity to cook food quickly and evenly.

Level Landing Edge

It's the little things that increase your efficiency and make life easier in the kitchen. Imperial ranges feature a landing edge level with the burners, so you can easily pull heavy stock pots away and off of the grates. Pair that with a 7 inch width for easy plating, and you've got the extra pair of hands you've always wanted in the kitchen.

Oversized knobs

Imperial ranges feature oversized cast-aluminum knobs with Valox™ heat protection grip to keep you and your employees safe.

Optional Casters

We highly recommend opting for casters on your restaurant equipment. Casters make it easy to move this heavy duty equipment away from the wall when you need to clean (and trust us, health inspectors will be checking for that).
