I've been making pizza at home for >25 years. I've had wood and aluminum peels (hated the latter) and these are far and away the best. They are very substantial and well constructed, and they look great. Use a medium grind corn meal and the pizza will glide off and on the peels with ease. Brush or scrape off the peels after use as necessary to clean. Don't wet wooden peels or they'll warp. Great stuff!
