Commercial Pie Weights

Commercial pie weights are ideal if you blind bake your pie crusts regularly. Blind baking is great for cream pies and for particularly wet pies (to prevent your crust from getting too soggy). Pie weights allow you to literally weigh down your pie dough to prevent it from puffing up during the baking process (and reducing shrinkage).
