Thanks for reaching out to Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question.
It appears we had incorrect information on the World Cuisine 11720-32 Fry Pan (it has been corrected) saying the pan was stainless steel. In speaking with the mfg. we found that they had labeled the fry pan incorrectly in their catalog. Long story short, this pan is actually ceramic-coated aluminum. Unfortunately, aluminum is not an induction-compatible material and cannot be used with induction burners.
That said, we do offer a wide range of induction-ready fry pans. Here is a link that has narrowed down just the induction-ready pans for your convenience: http://www.etundra.com/Browse.aspx?token=846|1_70796||0|24|7|1|0
If you have any further questions, or need help finding other induction-ready cookware, don't hesitate to give us a call at 1-888-388-6372.
