Comments about Rocky Mtn Cookware 14" x 23" 2-Burner Griddle:

My previous range had the "griddle-in-the-middle" and I really needed to find a decent-sized griddle for use on the new gas stove. This one is perfect. Large enough for pancakes (used it for the first time this morning) and can't wait to fry eggs on it. It was easy to season and the first use did NOT stick!

    • Q:

Why do you not recommend the griddle for glass top stoves? Is the only concern scratching the glass top?

I use other stainless steel pans with no problems.

      • A:

Yes, you can use this on a glass top range but it is not recommended because the griddle may scratch the surface.
