Product Details

Perfectly suited for accurate cuts, the Victorinox 40515 boning knife is small and lightweight while still providing the high-quality performance you’ve come to expect from Victorinox. At only 6 inches long from tip to handle, the semi-stiff curved blade is small and narrow making it great for separating flesh from fish and working around the small bones of poultry. Stamped construction provides a thinner, lighter blade, and the patented black Fibrox handle is slip-resistant when wet to help you avoid unwanted slips and mistakes. Built to last and proven to perform, the Victorinox 40515 boning knife is an all around excellent addition to any cutlery set.

Comments about Victorinox 6 in Curved Boning Knife:

This is a really nice inexpensive knife to reach for when you have small task based work. Comfortable grip with a blade just stiff enough to cut through joints but yet flexible enough to breast out fish or chicken fillets. Because it is easy to sharpen and has such a tough handle we throw these knives in with all our outdoor gear. The collectors can have the $200+ blades that they are afraid to use and I'll take these any day when I need to do some serious work. Hose them down wash them up and a few strokes on a stone and they are ready to duty.

Comments about Victorinox 6 in Curved Boning Knife:

This is my first purchase of Forschner knives, but far from my last. The quality of these knives is incredible. They hold an extremely sharp edge for a longer duration than any knife Ive owned. I've butchered our own meat for nearly 25 years now and have used several other brands of knives, and none of them can compete with the Forchner knives. I borrowed some Forschner knives from a friend recently, and as soon as I used them, realized I needed to own some. The fibrox handle has the best grip, even when wet. Since it stays sharper longer,it takes less time to process meat. It only takes a couple of swipes on a steel to bring the edge back. Tundra Specialties has the best price and service that I found. Speedy delivery as well. I will definately be returning for other purchases.

          Service and delivery comments:

Great prices, great service, fast shipping, and excellent customer service over the phone.

I am sorry, we do not do imprinting but you might be able to find a local company that has printing capabilities.
