The Victorinox 40502 Paring Knife is an exceptional tool for tackling tasks that require precise and intricate cuts. Designed to be an all-purpose blade, the paring knife is like the younger brother of the popular chef’s knife. Great for peeling and slicing vegetables, the straight edge of this little devil is super effective for quick, clean hand-held work! Stamped construction provides a lighter, thinner blade and the 4 inch length tip to handle is perfect for deveining shrimp, sectioning fresh fruits, and detailing dough or desserts. A red nylon handle is slip-resistant, lightweight, and comfortable, making it easy to use this paring knife for countless food prep assignments.

Comments about Victorinox 4 in Red Paring Knife:

Just bought new and sharpened my old knives and passed them on. Stay shape for a long time. Sharpen well and stay sharp. I have 15 and love them. Give them as gifts often.

      • A:

The difference in knife handles, in regards to the Victorinox / Forschner 4" Red Paring Knife and other such knives, is that the large handle is longer and thicker than the smaller handles. Design and feel are the similar, but dimensions are enlarged.
