I love the red paring knife for any small veggies, but it is the best knife for cutting corn from the cob. I always freeze a lot of corn in the summer and love this knife to cut it before blanching and freezing. I keep several in the drawer and 1 in the sleeve so I always have it handy for cutting the corn. It is the best knife to go to for any small job. Don't ever stop making this one. I have given them to my 3 children and others for gifts and they love them also. I only have 1 left that has not been used, so I probably will be ordering them again soon.

I love these knives!! They are always sharp and get used every day! I love the red color, as I can always spot them in my drawer! They are inexpensive and I always give them as gifts and get thanked with enthusiasm by everyone who gets them! I have used them for years! My favorite is the serrated blade! Works for everything (except bread)since they are not long enough! Wonderful!
