The Victorinox 42602 Sheep’s Foot Paring Knife is an exceptional tool for tackling tasks that require precise and intricate cuts. Designed to be an all-purpose blade, the paring knife is like the younger brother of the popular chef’s knife. Great for peeling and slicing vegetables, the serrated edge of this little devil is very effective for quick, clean hand-held work. When used on a cutting board the sheep’s foot blade design offers superb control, giving you the ability to use your fingers along the dull back edge for guidance and additional pressure. Stamped construction provides a lighter, thinner blade and the 3 1/4 inch length tip to handle is perfect for deveining shrimp, sectioning fresh fruits, and detailing dough or desserts. A white nylon handle is slip-resistant, lightweight, and comfortable, making it easy to use this paring knife for countless food prep assignments.

Comments about Victorinox 3 1/4 in White Serrated Paring Knife:

I lost a paring knife that I inherited about 12 years ago and spent the next 4 years trying to find one that was comparable. I happened on the Victorinox serrated knife at a flea market in Florida, got it home and knew this was the one!! Since then, I've ordered at least 35 to give as hostess gifts, birthday gifts, etc. and everyone truly loves this little gem. I warn everyone to be especially careful in the first couple of months not to cut themselves as the knife right out of the sleeve is ridiculously sharp .. which subsides a bit after it's initial use. I have three (two black-handled and one white-handled) serrated knives in my utensil crock that we use daily. My oldest one is about eight years old and still works well. This is a kitchen can't live without item!
