    How do I sharpen the 12 slicer #40641

      Thanks for contacting Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question.

      Serrated blades can be tricky. The serrations have a tendency to become brittle if sharpened too finely. For this Victorinox Forschner 40641 Serrated Slicer Knife we recommend using a specially designed sharpener (I've included one we sell below for your convenience). Another option would be to manually take a sharpening steel and work it between each serration carefully.
