Comments about Victorinox Right Hand Precise Slice Knife:

The guide knife was not nearly as good as I expected since it cost so much more than a usual chef's knife. The measurements are metric so we still have to use a ruler I thought the whole point was to be able to measure items with the knife. The blade is serrated so it is not easily sharpened, and the knife is very dull. The guide piece kind of comes off easily I am afraid it will get lost in our commercial kitchen. We use it to cut onions at a consistant size, and you actually have to stick a fork in the other side of the onion so it doesnt slide everywhere
