Comments about San Jamar 6 in x 9 in x 3/8 in Green Cutting Board:

Durable commercial cutting board with bonus safety addition. The size is great for little things, like when you need to cut up an apple or something. No, a chef's knife won't fit, but I highly recommend the larger sizes for bigger projects. This little board is more appropriate for use at a bar for garnishes or for little things at home.

The non-slip rubberized edges really work! I don't know why I've ever purchased slippery cutting boards before. And yes, I know that you're supposed to put a damp towel under the standard cutting boards, but why go back to that when you can buy a board with the non-slip feature built in? This really improves the safety of my experience.

Lastly, If you happen to like using HAACP color coding, this would be great for produce, etc.. As a home cook, I really want a couple other colors for things like poultry, meat, and seafood. Keep 'em separated for optimal food safety!
