We’re pretty fond of conjuring up the image of primitive man working his magic in his primitive kitchen. Portioning out and peeling some early vegetables must have been much harder than we could ever imagine, but we’re thankful for small kitchen gadgets that have revolutionized the way we get things done, like vegetable peelers. These commercial peelers are an important piece of any kitchen’s puzzle. Quickly peeling potatoes, or similar vegetables, is a piece of cake when you’ve got a reliable peeler at your disposal, and using one is the best way to save product you might otherwise slice off and throw away.
