Edlund - RM-2 - 32 oz x 1/8 oz Mechanical Scale

The Edlund RM-2 mechanical portion scale is part of the Four Star Series and is now dishwasher safe! There is no need to disassemble the unit, just throw it in the dishwasher with your pots and pans and Ta-da! you have a new looking scale. The RM-2 has a 32 ounce capacity measured in 1/8 ounce increments and a 30 degree viewing angle for easier reading at table height. A removable molded scale window completely encloses the scale plate to prevent spilled food from running down into the dial window and the stainless steel springs, mechanism, housing and oversized platform ensure a long lasting life. A field calibration kit is also available if needed (shown on the right).
