Bus Boxes

If we’re being completely honest, bus boxes are essentially stackable plastic tubs, and nothing more. But that’s the beauty of them, they can be helpful in all kinds of everyday applications, and giving them a home in the commercial kitchen is just one way to put them to good use. Bus boxes can easily be cleaned, which makes them ideal for clearing tables and gathering dirty dishes. They’re also very useful when prepping large amounts of food on the back line. We’ve even seen plenty of field uses for them – think of packing these tubs full of supplies before going to camp and turning it into a wash basin once you’re at camp, simply genius, yet efficient.
