I want to make sure I understand the dimensions as the picture does not seem to fit the listed specs. The table is 34" high (ground to top of table) 30" long (from left to right if you were standing in front of it) and 18" depth (if you were standing in front of it and tried to reach to the back) is that correct?

That is correct. The dimensions are 34 in (H) x 30 in (W) x 18 in (Depth).

Is it possible to add casters to legs?

You can add the casters below to this table... https://www.etundra.com/restaurant-parts/hardware/equipment-casters/sets/commercial-1-five-eighths-inch-expanding-stem-caster-set-with-4-inch-wheels/

I need a table like this that is 18 inches deep. Meaning it must stick out only 18 inches from the wall. The description of this product says that it is 30 inches deep (from wall to front?) and 18 inches long (from left to right?)?? Does this mean that it stick out from the wall 30 inches but is only a length (from left to right) of 18 inches? In my experience, depth means from back to front and length means from left to right. The dimensions of this table seem very odd as they are stated in the description. I was just wondering if you have a different definition of depth and length.

We apologize for the confusion that you bring to our attention. You are correct that this Work Table is in fact 18-inches Deep by 30-inches in Length. There are also attached pdf's to the listing page that show more detailed measurements.
