  • Q:

What is the difference between the Blue, Green, and Yellow caps? Some say thick and some say thin. I have some bottles I use for salad dressings but the openings are too small for Blue Cheese and some other dressings. They just get clogged.

Do these different caps have larger dispensing openings? Mad Greens has some Squeeze bottles they use and they never clog. I can't seem to ever find anyone who works there to tell me where they purchased them or who makes them.

The difference between the colors is the size of the valve gasket; blue being the largest, and green being the smallest.
These are in fact the same bottles/caps that Mad Greens uses, and should be suitable for your needs as well.
From my experience as a chef, I would recommend crumbling your blue cheese just a little bit smaller, and you can always cut the slits in the gaskets a little bit larger to suit the application. You just may want to buy a handful of extra caps.
