  • Q:

Once the coffee is brewed does it need to remain plugged in to keep the coffee warm?

      A:

The coffee will remain warm after unplugging as the server is insulated. After several hours, however, you may need to plug it back in to reheat.

I am looking for the hollow tube that leads from the heating unit that carries hot water to the filter. The tube was misplaced at one point while using it at church.

  • Q:

How long does it take to brew a full pot of coffee in this percolator. and do you have to wait until it is completely out before you make more? or can you make more while there is maybe 20 cups left.

      A:

The manual states it will take no longer than 1 minute of brew time per cup.

Well, you can technically make more whenever you want, you will just have to be aware that this will adversely affect the taste, and surely will overflow if the remaining volume is not depleted before the end of a full brewing cycle. This aspect is completely subjective to your discretion.

Is this 220 volts or 110 volts!

Well if it's leaking from the faucet, you should just get a new faucet (see below). Pick the one that looks like what you have. If it's not leaking from the faucet, you'll want to call the manufacturer for additional trouble-shooting at 847-968-3881. Have your model number ready when you call (your model number is 33600)

  • Q:

West Bend 100 cup coffee urno

The toggle switch( off/on) on our 100 cup West Bend Coffee Urn is broken. It appears that the toggle switch has broken away from the bakelite block to which the wires are connected. Can I purchase this item, and if so, from where?

    • A:

We can definitely get you a replacement switch. If you have a new style (2006 - present) West Bend 100 cup urn the switch you need is #KP31SW046 (Tundra #26724). If your urn was made in 2005 or earlier you need #P71-86F (Tundra #RGEP7186F).

Neither of these parts are on our website but you can call us to order the switch you need at 1.888.388.6372.

That is not a normal occurrence. It sounds like your thermostat is bad. Please call our sales team to determine the correct replacement thermostat. You will need the manufacturer, model & serial number to find the right part. 1.888.388.6372
