Q:Once the coffee is brewed does it need to remain plugged in to keep the coffee warm?
A:The coffee will remain warm after unplugging as the server is insulated. After several hours, however, you may need to plug it back in to reheat.
Q:I am looking for the hollow tube that leads from the heating unit that carries hot water to the filter. The tube was misplaced at one point while using it at church.

Q:How long does it take to brew a full pot of coffee in this percolator. and do you have to wait until it is completely out before you make more? or can you make more while there is maybe 20 cups left.
A:The manual states it will take no longer than 1 minute of brew time per cup.
Q:Is this 220 volts or 110 volts!
A:This product is 110-120V. If you need a 220 volt model, you need to call our sales department at 888 388 6372, so we can special order model number 57100-220 from West Bend. That model is 220V.
Q:i have a few leaking, are there washers or anything that should be changed.
A:Well if it's leaking from the faucet, you should just get a new faucet (see below). Pick the one that looks like what you have. If it's not leaking from the faucet, you'll want to call the manufacturer for additional trouble-shooting at 847-968-3881. Have your model number ready when you call (your model number is 33600)
Q:what size of cups is it based on?
A:The length from the faucet to the counter is approximately 4 1/2".
Q:West Bend 100 cup coffee urno
A:We can definitely get you a replacement switch. If you have a new style (2006 - present) West Bend 100 cup urn the switch you need is #KP31SW046 (Tundra #26724). If your urn was made in 2005 or earlier you need #P71-86F (Tundra #RGEP7186F).
Q:We purchased a coffe pot like this -- we are having it continue to perk for hours after it in plug in?? IS this normal?
A:That is not a normal occurrence. It sounds like your thermostat is bad. Please call our sales team to determine the correct replacement thermostat. You will need the manufacturer, model & serial number to find the right part. 1.888.388.6372
