The manual states it will take no longer than 1 minute of brew time per cup. Well, you can technically make more whenever you want, you will just have to be aware that this will adversely affect the taste, and surely will overflow if the remaining volume is not depleted before the end of a full brewing cycle. This aspect is completely subjective to your discretion.
This product is 110-120V. If you need a 220 volt model, you need to call our sales department at 888 388 6372, so we can special order model number 57100-220 from West Bend. That model is 220V.
Well if it's leaking from the faucet, you should just get a new faucet (see below). Pick the one that looks like what you have. If it's not leaking from the faucet, you'll want to call the manufacturer for additional trouble-shooting at 847-968-3881. We can definitely get you a replacement switch. If you have a new style (2006 - present) West Bend 100 cup urn the switch you need is #KP31SW046 (Tundra #26724). If your urn was made in 2005 or earlier you need #P71-86F (Tundra #RGEP7186F). Neither of these parts are on our website but you can call us to order the switch you need at 1.888.388.6372.
