The Star - 510FF - Star-Max 10 lb Electric Fryer offers the ability to fry foods that need frying but without the bulk of standard restaurant fryers. This model, measuring just 11 inches wide and 18 inches deep, is compact enough to fit in nearly any available counter space you have while still providing an oil capacity of 10 pounds. Made from solid stainless steel, the Star Manufacturing Star-Max 10 lb Electric Fryer (510FF) is easily cleaned and designed to withstand the high temperatures generated during operation. It also comes with manual temperature controls, 2 drop baskets, and is UL and NSF certified.
