The 630FF has a 30-pound capacity, deep fries up to 65 pounds, and has extras like a nickel-plated kettle, automatic pilot light, safety and snap action thermostat, and a polished stainless steel construction that keeps it easy to clean. It measures 24 inches wide, 25 1/8 inches deep, and 23 3/8 inches high. The Star-Max 30 lb Gas Fryer (630FF) is CSA and NSF-listed.
