The Vollrath - 40710 - Cayenne® Dual Countertop Fryer with Drain is a medium duty fryer with two fry tanks that each hold 15 pounds of oil. You can cook a variety of things quickly with thermostatic controls that adjust the temperature up to 375 degrees. The fryer (40710) heats up quickly and recovers even faster to make timing between loads easy. The cold zone between the tanks keeps the oil fresh and the heating elements safely drain and clean the fryer as well. The Vollrath Cayenne® Dual Countertop Fryer with Drain (40710) includes four fryer baskets and a night cover as well.
