The Marathon Gold Southbend EH/10SC convection oven is the perfect solution if you are trying to maximize counter space. This half-size oven is only 33 inches tall but can hold 11 half-size sheet pans! Oven heating is regulated by a 140°F – 500°F solid state thermostat with 60 minute mechanical timer and heating elements in the back of the oven function as a single unit with a combined rating of 7.5 kilowatts. Standard features include a patented “plug-in, plug-out” control panel for easy servicing, a single door with window so you can easily check on your recipes, 4 inch stainless steel legs and 5 wire racks.       You can put this in your house but it's not recommended. This is a commercial convection oven that is intended for the food service industry.
