  • Q:

Why is this oven not recommended for home use?

I want an oven with accurate temperature settings. Based on the reviews, the non-commercial models all seem to have problems with pre-heating and maintaining consistent temperatures.

    • A:

Generally we do not recommend commercial equipment for residential use. They are made for high output situations. Because this oven is so small, you will probably be okay using this in your home.

Would this quarter size oven be useable in a small studio?

and would you know where to buy a used tundra quarter size? Although the price is discounted, we just can't afford this right now--both as adj. prof. and students.
    Thank you.
