      The Waring Quarter Size Commercial Convection Oven can be cleaned with Easy Off Oven Cleaner, as long as you DO NOT use the heavy duty Easy Off formula.

      It is recommended by the manufacturer, that after the oven cools, use a damp cloth or sponge to clean
      interior and exterior surfaces.
