Steve

How much are replacement heating elements for this oven?

Buckyfan

This would ultimately depend on what voltage you needed this in but below is the link for the 120V element... https://www.etundra.com/restaurant-parts/electrical-parts/elements/toaster/commercial-12-one-quarter-inch-quartz-element-60v-425w/

Steve

Doe these type of ovens require a hood and fire supression?

Wolfgang

Hood requirements vary with differing local codes. Please check with your city or county to find out if you need a hood system for the Holman - 210HX.

Steve

Does this unit require a type ll hood

Spike

It depends on what you are going to cook in the oven and what the local fire codes are. I would suggest speaking to the local Fire department or building code inspectors to get clarification, but here are the general guidelines. Type I hood - a kitchen hood for collecting and removing grease and smoke. Type II hood - a general kitchen hood for collecting and removing steam, vapor, fumes, heat or odors.

Can this be used as a cookie oven? How heavy is the unit? Is it easily portable: I'm also looking at the 6 pan convection oven. Could you answer the same questions for this product?

Yes, you can make cookies in a conveyor oven. This unit weighs approximately 38 lbs and is easy to move. I need the the model number of the other oven you are looking at to give you the information requested above.
