Thanks. What is the lowest convec temperature setting and what is the highest? Can't find this info anywhere. Thanks.

Agreed. It's been a little difficult to track this information down.

Speaking with the manufacturer, I got my hands on a 40 page manual for this Electrolux-Dito OTS100 Mini Combi Oven. The convection oven temperature settings range from just over 100°F to 400°F. Unfortuantely, I wasn't able to get more specific temperature measurements for this unit.

Thank you. I don't see the specs for just the convec setting. Do you have those? Thanks again.

Regarding the Electrolux-Dito OTS100 Mini Combi Oven, is there specific information that you're looking for? In the "Learn More" tab on the product page we have a spec sheet for this oven.

This has more detailed information and includes some text about the convection function.

Hi Ev. Thanks for getting a hold of Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question.

Rather than detail the temperature range (it varies since this is a combination unit) I think it's best to refer you to the spec sheet for this Electrolux-Dito OTS100 Libero Mini Combi Oven. On page two you'll find both the max steam temperature, low steam temperature, and other temperature/cooking details. I feel this will be easier for you to determine if this oven suits your needs than me trying to explain the different steam settings.
