How many 14" pizzas will it cook at one time and long does it take to cook a pizza

Well, the cooking time is solely dependent on 2 things; the temperature in which you initially set the oven, and how many 'cold' items you placed within the unit which cools the residual air temperature of the inside. On this particular unit, the interior cavity width is 20", as well as the interior depth. A single 14" pizza will fit comfortably in each oven, and you may be able to fit two pizzas diagonal to each other in each oven.

Can I use this oven for pretzels? The product comes with manual? Is good for 200volt.?

Thanks for your question. Yes, this Blodgett 1415 Electric Countertop Double Deck Oven can be used on 200 volts and can also be used to bake pretzels. That said, our technicians say it will take a little while to bake pretzels compared to conventional methods.
