The 36 inch griddle plate is constructed of 1 inch thick polished steel which means quick recovery and even heat distribution no matter how much you load on the product. Every 12 inches of the griddle is heated by its own U-shaped 30,000 BTU burner with individual “Insta-on” thermostat controls that provide precise temperature settings between 150°F – 400°F. The front, sides and vent are constructed of stainless steel and the bottom and rear are aluminized steel. The sides are reinforced and fully insulated and 5 inch high splash guards are a standard.
