Even heat distribution is just one of the benefits of the Star Manufacturing Star-Max® 15 inch Thermostatic Control Gas Griddle (615TF) unit. When you are done with one dish, you can immediately move onto the next one because of the griddle’s quick temperature recovery. Adjustable four-inch legs help line up the 615TF with other appliances.

  • 1 burner gas griddle
  • 15 1/2 in (H) x 15 in (W) x 29 in (Depth)
  • 4 1/2 in (H) tapered stainless steel splash guard
  • 3 1/4 in (W) front access grease trough with a 4 1/2 qt capacity grease drawer
  • 4 in (H) legs have an adjustment of 1 3/8 in
  • Stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels
  • Griddle plate is 1 in thick highly polished steel
  • Controlled by a throttling type thermostat embedded in griddle plate and adjusts from 150°F to 450°F
  • Long lasting, heavy duty metal knobs
  • Cool to the touch stainless bull nose front protects knobs
  • 3/4 in N.P.T. male connection
  • 28,300 BTU aluminized steel burner every 12 in of width
  • Unit is shipped natural gas but includes field LP conversion kit

      Comments about Star-Max® 15 in Thermostatic Control Gas Griddle:

      Use in outdoor kitchen at home. Great for hamburgers, steak, pancakes, omelets, hash browns, etc. Live next to ocean in rainy area, as long as you keep it covered and spray plate with oil when not using have not had rust or corrosion problems in 2 plus years. Use it several times a week and more than my grill.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
